Indie Fantasy Publisher Opens For Submissions

Independent fantasy publisher, Talem Press, has opened its doors to full-length manuscript submissions.

An imprint of the online writers’ platform and small press, Writer’s Edit, Talem Press publishes fantasy fiction featuring unlikely heroines, mysterious magic and empowering stories.

Talem Press saw phenomenal success with its first book, Helen Scheuerer’s debut young adult fantasy novel Heart of Mist.

Published in August 2017, the first instalment in Scheuerer’s The Oremere Chronicles trilogy debuted at #1 on Amazon in all of its categories, and was released as an Audible audiobook in April 2018.

Its sequel, Reign of Mist, will be published in September 2018.

After Scheuerer’s success, Talem Press made the decision to expand its offering and open for submissions for an initial three-month period (July 12–October 12).

Authors should submit a cover letter and the first three chapters of their fantasy manuscript here.
